1. As far as we've seen in established cannon, Saiyan's cannot die from age. It was even stated in the Daizenshuu that Saiyan's never exit the prime of their live's, once they reach them. Eternal youth =/= Immortality though, which is why Vegeta wasn't worried about aging into a living pile of dust at some point, when he wanted the Dragon Balls.
2. While God's in DBS are just characters with godly ki, there is clearly a difference between Goku/Vegeta and Beerus/Whiss when it comes to age. Beerus and Whiss are both over 15 million years old. We cannot say whether it is simply because of their godly ki, or some special process to officially make them gods, but we can infer that it is the later, since Whiss stated that he would have to "make" Goku a god.
3. Even with just Beerus OR Whiss, this fight goes to DBS. Let's just assume, for shits and giggles, that Goku and Vegeta would die from aging. It wouldn't matter, because Beerus and Whiss would be unaffected, as they don't age. Meaning they would scoff at Thanos, and then either one of them would one-shot him with a simple ki blast.

They (Beerus/Whis) can still die....as shown with how a universe attack can kill everyone
Thanos with IG can use the time+power gem=absolute aging.

Immortality means to be able to live forever. Not to be young forever. There is a difference between immortal, and to have eternal youth. 👆
Yes. Beerus can die. No one is arguing that. He can NOT age, however.
No one said Whiss OR Beerus are immortal. They DO however, have eternal youth, meaning that they cannot be killed by age, or progression of time, and that they will always retain their youth's. This wouldn't be so difficult, if you were intelligent enough to know the definition of the word, "Immortal", or if you were at least smart enough to be able to admit that you don't. ❌
