Arcann was besting the Outlander in a saber duel, deflected Valkorion's lightning which killed scores of Zakuul knights/downed ships, and could dominate the Outlander with telekinesis.

Bane really doesn't have much to compare, his lightning can be deflected and his telekinetic feats aren't on par with telekinetically knocking around the Outlander. I'm tempted to call this a stomp

but he broke tents carthage

Arcann's lightning destroyed HK-55 and was implied to be something life threatening even to the Outlander too.

He's better than Bane, though it's a close fight.

Bane doesn't really have any saber feats even remotely close to destroying the most Powerful Jedi of his era without a nexus or amp. Based on what can he prevent himself from getting tooled in sabers?

XD is this a joke? Bane looks Arkann in the eye and runs home followed by criting himself to sleep for trest of his life. He then dedicated a second holocron to how much of a pansy he is in Arkann's presence.
