Mace fought hindered Grievous and couldn't win so he had to BFR him. Kenobi beat Grievous when the later actually knew he was coming and wasn't hindered.

First 4 are pretty self explanatory. Maybe someone could argue Mace>Anakin, but i prefer Anakin to Mace due to his very convincing win over Dooku. Councilors between 5 and 9 all got pretty solid feats against powerful enemies. I put Yaddle behind Kenobi due to her good performance against Dooku, whom i already consider superior to the likes of Grevious or Savage by TPM. Eeth Koth, Kit Fisto and Depa did well against Grevious, and Adi Gallia held her own against Savage, so I place them behind Yaddle. Rest are literally featless in canon, unfortunately
