Btw round one Thanos gets his sh1t pushed in.

I say they beat him on Scenario 1, and dont have even the slightest chance to win in Scenario 2.

This. I mean round 2 is just crazy...

1. Depends on which, Doomsday will solo.
2. With the IG it depends how Thanos fights, if the does like he did during the arc where Thor could have killed him, well Doomsday won't hesitate.
