It would seem to me that Satele is the superior force user.

They seem to be relatively even in skill.

I'd probably give Koon a slight strength advantage.

I'd say Satele is slightly faster.

Koon is more durable.

Endurance is debatable.

Overall I'd say Satele wins all rounds in a good fight with sabers being the closest.
