What has Luke done force/skill wise boy SoM?

He's even in the physical department by RotJ in all but strength which he's only a little ways off from.

He telekinetically manipulated the Millenium falcon from crashing into him

How much effort did it take him to manipulate it?

I'm pretty sure Luke manipulated the controls of the Falcon, and not the Falcon itself with TK.
