Zoom can work within attoseconds. No Dragon Ball character is even close to that.

Whis's best straight line speed feat is pissed all over by Kyle Raynor or Hal Jordan's average flying speed, in the millions/billions of times past light speed. -Zoom is still faster, and not only in straight line traveling.

I want you to read this again. Batman went fist cuff against Zoom and was actually holding his own and land shots. Batman wouldn't have a prayer at tagging Goku during his kid yrs.
