Don't know enough. Billy beat Yuga Khan fairly easily but that's the extent we have seen of the new Shazam.
In Infinity Man and the Forever People Khan had the anti-life equation, but not sure if he had it with his fight with Billy. Most likely not, but who knows.
Little background, new 52 Khan still beat the Wizard (Shazam) fairly easily and Darkseid and Highfather (Pre transformations) had to work together to stop him.

I know, but unless they ignored Khan having it all together that doesn't make much sense.
Pre 52 multiple people acquired it and a few had it at the same time.
