Khan was obsessed with his crew. Of course you don't see that since you don't care for anything enough to be obsessed hence why you never watched all of the clone wars series. Just fickle and no intensity.

Khan had the technology to beam himself form Earth to Klingon territory but chose to hide the last 72 people of his race....in torpedoes.

You don't know if he had access to the tech at the time or the means to do so to 72 men without being unnoticed. Khan and his men survived. Marcus died.

And don't give Khan the credit for their survival, it was Spock & The Enterprise crew that shaved them ie: take them out of torpedoes that Khan put them in the 1st place.
