I LOVE all the movies, except ROTS. I can't believe it gets good rap. It's the only one that I can't rematch. To each their own though.

You're an outlier then. How do you watch AotC but can't stomach RotS?

TLJ is bringing some people back to KMC, maybe.

I just want Advent to come back because this time I would destroy her on NJO vs. 501st legion. Like, it wouldn't even be close.

Rots is so much better than Attack of the Clones I kind of want to fight this guy in real life.

These are still the only movies that matter.

The SE does improve certain things, but it also messes with others.

In general, I prefer the theatrical cuts, and I really hope the Fox purchase means an OT release on bluray.

Are we just including the changes made before the prequels? Or the ones made after it? The former are mostly harmless bar a couple of exceptions. The latter? They should find every copy and burn them on a ****ing pyre.

There's two different pre-bluray versions iirc 😛

I don't recall caring about the shuttle bit.

In general, what I don't like:

-Han not shooting first (and his dialogue).
-Anakin being put in ROTJ (seriously, as much as I might not be as harsh on Hayden as I used to be, it's still annoying).
-Adding too much shit to Mos Eisley. It's supposed to be a shady town for crooks and smugglers. Making it too "bustly" kind of ruins that imo.
-They somehow made lightsabers look worse (bar Ben's in ANH).
-The Sarlaac.
-The changes to Palpatine's death scene. All of it. It was wonderfully done originally, though I don't know if that was only changed in the bluray as I haven't watched the special editions in so long.

There's a bunch of little things, but in general, I just don't see why I'd watch the SE when I have the originals to hand. Some nicer effects during the battles isn't enough to convert me.
