But I am getting pretty tired of this attitude here that every Jedi/Sith has to display every basic Force ability we've ever seen to prove they can use it.

They do and its bullcrap if they dont. They go through training right? They learn different skills right? Some are better than others correct? If somebody can put forth a jedi/sith training manual that says they all can do this/learn this then what Vader can do doesent apply to Maul.

In character. The point isn't whether or not they can do it it's about what's in character when they fight. We don't ignore their fights and start scripting based off potential abilities. Quit ignoring the facts.

heres the facts: Spider Man really has no defence for TK, Darth Maul is strong enough in the Force to kill Spider Man with it, if he can move a several ton starfighter with ease then he can crush Spideys trachea. Even if that wasn't the case, even if he can immobilize Spider Man with the Force then he can stab him in the face with his lightsaber.

Abc logic. Spider-Man beats him. Pre Vizsla was a matchup for him and he didn't have any tk defense either. Do not ignore the facts or the characters.

if you read Bat In the Suns defence on the choice to have Spider Man win, they say that Maul could only Force crush at around 200lbs, thats why he wouldn't be able to crush Spider Mans body, but Clone Wars disproves three theory because he's seen easily moving a several ton starship which would put his TK in the multi ton range, easily enough force to kill Spidey

Why didn't he use this tactic on non force users ? Give me an example. He didn't kill any of hondo's troops with tk.

this is stupid. There is no scenario where Spiderman wins. Force choke and saber throw.
