For explaning the videos that do not involve Ares
The Makhai
In the eighth video Persus army vs Kronos army, you can see how strong and durable the Makhai are. They arrive at 0:43 with a nice fall which they tank, and at 0:45 one them smashes through the wooden spikes barricade. At 1:11, a sodier throws an axe at one of the Makhai but its barely slowed down. At 1:23 an explosion kills two Makahi at the dead centre but the ones at the edge shake it off and one of them does a decent leap as well and gets impaled on a wooden spike but needed a final swipe from Agenor's sword to finish it off. At 1:40, another soldier takes a swipe at a Makhai with his sword but it doesn't even register it as an annoyance. From 1:40 onwards you can see a Makhai smashing through several soldiers holding up their shields like they were nothing at considerable speeds. At 1:50 it impales, lifts and throws a soldier easily with one hand while nigh-simultaneously flipping another soldier over its shoulder. At 1:56 it easily lifts a soldier with one hand with out slowing down and then punches him out. And then at 1:58 it hammer tosses another soldier while slashing another one in the same move
Perseus
Perseus has considerable strength and durability showings in this movie, which makes it even more impressive how Ares totally dominated him in their fights
[li]Perseus vs Chimera[/li]
As you can see in the fourth video at 0:10, the Chimera is durable fall from great heights, creating respectably deep pit, its tail easily and swiftly knocking people in, and its strong enough to dig through the ground at high speeds as seen at 0:47, strong enough to smash through brick walls as seen at 1:27, 2:31, 2:36, 2:50, 3:14 and 3:55 (doubles as a durability feat), is able to shrug of being stabbed multiple times as seen at 1:59, and carry off Perseus while charging as if he's an insect at 3:12 and smash through a wall with him, pull out hammered in pistons at 3:45 and drag Perseus like nothing at 3:49 along with smashing through another wall while dragging him.
Yet Perseus shrugs of being smashed through a brick wall like nothing at 3:14, has no serious damage after being dragged along the ground at high speed and getting smashed through another wall, hurts the creature along with driving his sword deep into the ground with a double axe handle at 4:08, and holding it down long enough using chains and his strength while lying on his back till it is angry enough to breath fire on him and burn itself from 4:15 till the end of the video
[li]Perseus vs Cyclops[/li]
The Cyclopses are nearly 40 feet tall giants, strong enough to casually carry large trees in their hands as staffs as seen at 0:22, and destroy other trees by smacking them with their tree-staffs, as seen at 0:53-0:56 and 1:08, one-hit ko/kill normal humans at 0:42, smash stone blocks at 0:48, crush trees by stomping on them as seen at 0:58, wield a comparatively large hammer at 2:04, and yet at 2:06 and 2:17 Perseus temporarily holds his own against one of them in strength, neither getting crushed nor
letting him get away by impaling and pinning the giant's hands with hsi sword. He may have got help from two normal humans at 2:19, but its still impressive, and he
did hold him there onw his own till the others could come to help, and whiel they were helping he still managed to hold the giant two hands with one of his for some
time. And the while giant overpowered them eventually, it is worth to note that the giant first overpowered one of the other humans before lifting Perseus who had lost
his leverage. Perseus's own weight played no part in this, and to hammer that point home we can see an aged and thin Cyclops holding up Agenor easily in one hand,
who is a demi-god like Perseus and is similar in size
[li]Perseus vs Minotaur[/li]
This creature is pretty fast and stealthy, and larger than Perseus, and easily carries him off while charging/bullrushing at him, knocks him high into the air and as seen at
0:25 hoists him easily before throwing him with one-hand to a respectable distance also cracking the stone pillar that Perseus smashes onto, and its horns impale the
ground at 0:34 with just the force of bending down fast at Perseus. At 1:05, when Persues directs his charge his horns actually go into the pillar and get stuck. A clearly
superhuman creature, atleast in strength, Perseus takes several hits from him. And when he has him where he wants him at 1:07, Peseus punches him five times,
breaking off its horn, before pulling it out (something which the creature couldn't do), and stabbing it to death with it
[li]Perseus vs Zeus bindings[/li]
At 3:20 in the third video, he tries to pry open a heated rock at Zeus's feet, and some fiery material jumps out. Perseus is hurt but there is no serious damages or burns.
And at 3:24 Andromeda tries to break Zeus's bindings but striking at it with her sword's sharp side with no effect (remember she later decapitated both heads of a
Makahi with one swing each with the same sword) but Perseus smashes them in one hit with the retracted trident handle
Hades
At 1:34 in the ninth video he easily stabs and hoists a Makhai with an ordinary spear before throwing him away. So Ares basically no-selling his attacks is impressive as
well
Agenor
At 0:04 in the third video a decent sized rock gets crushed easily by one of the closing-in walls at Tartarus. At 0:16, Andromeda gets trapped by one of the walls and is
about to get crushed, and Perseus is unable to stop it (even with Andromeda's insignificant help). But at 0:20, Agenor jumps in and managed to give in a hand and
pushes away the wall, and Andromeda escapes (so no help from her). Considering the strength feats Perseus shows before and after, it is quite impressive that he needed
Agenor's help, and shows that Agenor has significant strength himself as well. So Ares took a hit form another considerably strong demi-god and shrugged it off. There
is one more thing that makes it even more impressive, which is that it was done with Poseidon's trident, which I will cover below
The godly weapons
The godly weapon gives Ares an extra benefit of boosting his striking power more than a similar weapon would.
At 2:44 of the third video, Perseus tries to use the Poseidon's trident to break the rock at Zeus's feet but fails. Then he realizes at 3:00, with Zeus's advice, that he can
channel more of his godly power into the weapon for more damage
At 0:23 in the tenth, second last video, you can see Agenor using the power of the trident
In the second video, you can see Zeus taking six punches from an angry Ares, punches that were strong enough generate shockwaves. And that was a weakened Zeus
who was having his powers drained by Kronos. And in the third video, a highly weakened Zeus gets impaled by Hades's trident thrown from quite a distance and force
at 4:22 and still stays conscious for quite some time after it gets pulled out And in the final, eleventh video Poseidon takes an attack from the Makhai at 2:54 which
mortally wounds him and he eventually dies from the injury, but Zeus takes a similar hit at 2:39 and is no worse for the wear. Zeus is pretty strong as you can see in the
ninth, i.e., third last video at 1:27 he just casually bitchslaps out a Makhai like its nothing, and at 1:33 smacks another Makhai a decent distance and at 1:39 stabs and
easily pushes back another Makhai before Hades blasts it. So Zeus is pretty strong and durable yet Ares breaks out his warhammer and KOs a practically fresh Zeus with
three hits at 3:01. So not only does Ares have considerable strength and durability, he also gets the advantage of having a weapon he can channel more of his godly
power for extra damage
It alos makes him shrugging off a hit from Agenor using Poseidon's trident even more impressive, since he was hit with a weapon that can magically amp one's striking
power more than a similar weapon would.
