No, since the army isn't Manas. What were they capable of ? What were their skills ? He failed to gain a decisive edge over Ben Kenobi who was well past his prime but you'd rather brag about some comic book reference yet ignore Kanan and Ezra humiliating him, Luke crushing him, etc.

Manas coupled with his skills and energy weapon would beat Vader.

We do not see that in real time. He failed to do so to Han's blasts. We also see him fail to react to Tano running across fifty plus feet and tagging his face. That's canon too I'm afraid. Luke also grazed him without completing his training.

His suit can't block lasers. They struck him. He failed to block them just as he failed to block Palpatine's lightning.
