I'm not sure, but I'll post some feats I found:

Took heat vision and a punch from a weakened Superman.

summoning weapons from his private inter dimensional arsenal.

One-shots Booster Gold, Blue Beetle, Guy Gardner, and takes a psionic blast from Maxima.

Weapons Master states he can access weapons from any planet in the universe. Also, teleportation capability.

Summons a dagger that can cut through anything, even Booster Golds force field and energy.

Weapons Master can teleport at will.

Uses a weapon to destroy a dominion.

Summons a stasis field (from Qward) to hold the Atom.

Weapons Master is able to teleport in a dimension that exists in Bloodwynd's Jewel.

I think Weapons Master KOed Maxima too at some point after getting the protective helmet to counter her psi-powers.
