Tyson in his prime won't be a great boxing trainer, for example.
Bats has a solid record of training people. Cap trains others SOMETIMES, but he's less dependent on it.
Just an aside, Batman invests massive amounts of time in training people, Cap not so much, so, when both put in equal time (i doubt he teained Dent to the extent he's trained any Robin, more likely the same amount Cap spends on someone, quick down and dirty basics) the results should be even.
