Raiden vs Sam Gideon

Raiden from MGRR.

VS

Sam from Vanquish.

.They have every weapon they used in their games.

.Both of them have some knowledge about each other.

The fight takes place in Time Square NYC.

Who wins and why?

From what I've seen on Sam Gideon, Raiden wins, via ripping Gideon in half.

Raiden's much, much stronger, but Sam has greater versatility.

EMP grenades should mess with Raiden's cyborg enhancements.

Thats if he Raiden isn't fast enough to literally OUTRUN the explosion.

Dunno, Sam is no slouch being able to pluck missiles out of the air with ease. I think it's going to come down to EMP's and MGR Cyborgs have shown themselves suspect to EMP's
