Zoom can casually blitz both Illyria and Hiro. Hiro is dead before he fires off a synapse.
I don't know if they could hurt Illyria, but she won't ever land a punch. If Savage has his staff then he vaporizes her. Though Zoom or Reverse Flash should be able to vibrate a hand into her brain.
I feel bad for Hiro because in the "Heroes" tv series apparently super speed can somehow overcome a time stop. I swear the shit with Daphne would of only made sense if he merely slowed down time.
