I know, right? It must be hard trying to give an opinion, when you have no clue what you're talking about.

Get out. Let the ones who actually read comics talk.

Carver and Abhi, take it to PMs.

Philo, what do you mean about this god of war thing? I haven't been keeping up with everything, so I'm admittedly a bit behind. You're saying she's been the god of war this entire time?

Also, stop being a dick.

She killed Ares in Wonder Woman #23, to stop the First Born from killing him, thus becoming the new God of War. As the new God of War, it's been confirmed recently that she's stronger/faster [many suspected, but no confirmation]

Now...that happened in 2013. Before Superman/Wonder Woman series was even out. Before the Doomed arc in Superman. Before....a lot of stuff. And she's been amped all this time.

Making almost everything since then problematic for future debates, since she'll inevitably not be the God of War for much longer.

Oh... Oh wow.

I can't imagine they'll keep it, but why has she had it for so long, then? It seems strange to keep an amp for that kind of period of time.

Someone with your sense of logic might as well not read anything. But ok, lets move on.

I don't see why she wouldn't keep the god of war upgrade, it's been part of her character for quite a while now.

Yep and Darksaint made a point, lol, Cheetah probably is extremely powerful since she did one panel/blitz Superman and also blitzed Flash afterwards. Wonder Woman beating her, even putting up a fight speaks volumes.

You say a long time....but WW #47 has just come out.

So she's had it for 24 issues of her own title, hardly long term.

It's not a ''in your face'' kind of amp, in the sense that the stories have changed making harder to writer her or anything. I mean, it's been constantly acknowledged that she is the new god of war, but never in the sense that "you're so much more powerful now". BUT, it's also said that she is more powerful. So as far as having her ówn feats, it won't really fly in any kind of discussion.

It's like being revealed that Superman has been secretly receiving a supplementary dose of solar radiation, for the past two years.

Two years for an amp is a long time, imo.

Interesting. I wonder how many writers wrote her, not knowing that it had an amp along with it. Kind of wonders if it ****s with what they had originally intended.

👆

She's stronger and faster than before, even WITH bracers on. She, just by being on Paradise Island, was channeling her GoW powers to the point that the Amazons were all being driven to conflict.

WW never beat her, btw. Carver really should stop relying on single scans and actually read comics.

She left WW in her dust, and was beaten only by her own rejection of the Eye of Antiope.

Prior to that, she was running rings around WW.

But of course, this means she's Skyfather level.

Well, that's two years of publications. And the reboot is what, 4 years old?

Cheetah is Thanos level btw.

Cheetah got pwned by Aquaman.

More proof Aq is a peer of Wonder Woman prior to her GW upgrade... 😏

Tbf, all part of Cheetah's cunning plan.

A better example is Steve Trevor OHKOing her, when she had the lasso.

IOW, Steve Trevor = Abstract.

And I thought I was sneaky.

Ha. Some people just need to be handed a golden lasso, whereupon they then hang themselves.

Yeah, she wouldn't be GOW much longer as its noted that the power she is contained is slowly killing her. I suspect that she will get it removed in issue 50 or something.

Cheetah didn't get pawned by Aquaman. It was a planned attack and he grabbed her off guard under water (then WW assisted him afterwards). She blitzed and took out Superman and was too fast for Flash and took him out and Wonder Woman still beat her. Using Darksaint logic, Wonder Woman is an abstract level.

Yep. Current Diana is easily High Herald. She trashing high Heralds.

Steve Trevor is thrashing abstracts. He is easily abstract.

Go Steve!

Steve taking off his shirt is the equivalent of Wonder Woman taking off her bracers.

I can't remember the scene off hand but didn't Steve punch a tied up Cheetah and it still doesn't take away from the fact that Cheetah blitzed and defeated both Superman and Flash whereas Wonder Woman owned Cheetah. With that said Steve (with assistance from Wonder Woman) is>>>> Superman and Flash combined and Wonder Woman is approaching abstract levels per Saint logic. Even on ignore, he amazes me and is always there to help.
