Snake, as underwhelming as he is, should win. Marcus doesn't have any refined hand to hand feats and is more of a brawler. A shoot out might be more competitive but honestly Marcus is on the lower tier of video game characters above generic COD Protagonist but below the likes of Snake or AC Characters
