Question about rage amp

Does dark rage have the same multiplier for every force user? Like,say, always a 1,50 multiplier for every force user? Or does it depend on the force potential or something else?

Probably force potential, current force power, and the amount of rage respectively you have.

It depend of the kind of rage.... It can boost speed defens or power, or all at the same time.

So the effect are slightly different.
