Raiden likely wins fairly handily

Raiden's powerful, but he isn't beating Hulkbuster, anything that can fight EVENLY with Hulk stomps Raiden.

Hulkbuster was getting taken apart and only won because of its spare parts and its cheap shot at the end

Raiden has done preformed strength feats comparable to that of movie hulk.

He is also a lot faster, more agile, and a all round better fighter.

Movie hulkbuster isn't winning
