I'm not familiar with Space punisher Hulk, but SBP takes every other version of Hulk at the same time, with no trouble at all.

wrong! Hulk makes even the most brilliant of tacticians fight like retards. Superboy Prime already fights like a retard. Therefore, he will fight like a subhuman protozoa when he tries to fight hulk.

Kazenji Onyx Prime

I was thinking of Hulk as Punisher in outer space, The way the OP typed it.

Is there, like, a smaller Hulk just behind the first one, with his head in Hulk #1's back?

The problem is Prime also makes people tend to fight like retards. I mean wasn't one of the Green Lantern's just trying to bite and scratch him? And punch him? Even though it was a Green Lantern? I think it was Alan Scott.
