Being fair to Yoda, I sort of figured that had more to do with being fast enough to get away with it on top of generating more momentum behind each of his strikes
Still, barring the occasion you're hilariously faster than your opponent (which in real life is never), flipping around is a good way to get yourself hurt/killed

Makashi's alright.
So is Soresu.
Juyo is retarded unless you really know what you're doing (and have the vigor to back it up).
Shii-Cho's too reliant on the Force (and uncreative).
Not everyone can move around quickly enough to use Ataru.
Niman relies on the Force (and incorporates aspects of every other form, sans VII). At least, it tends to be best suited for Force-users.
