You want to hear my list ?

1. Palpatine
2. Ahsoka Tano
3. Darth Vader
4. Asajj Ventress
5. Darth Maul

Beyond that I don't have a clear cut order, but it would include Dooku, Grievous, Kylo Ren, Yoda and Kenobi.

Snoke, with his ~1 minute of total screen-time, > ALL other characters in the canon franchise, iyo?

His voice, his presence, his mystique, his look and the promise of what he will bring. Love the mastermind types. This could all change when episode 8 with all of the new characters involved. But as it stands now I'm rolling with Snoke.

Transitional: I thought he'd be there more than he was, and it's too late to go back now after I've hyped him into oblivion.

Nah, he's just my favorite right now at this moment. His voice, presence, and mystique was well done. We didn't even see Palpatine in ANH.

Snoke pales in comparison to the Emperor.

Indeed he does. Though in fairness, he has had about a minute of screen time. Hopefully, they will make him interesting in future installments.
