I guess Bats could clear it if he has his JLA Tech. Omega would def be the biggest challenge if his uber jobber mode is off.

That Tombstone. Scarecrow and is also seem pretty tough he has pheromone that work from 20 feet away plus super speed strength and agility

Regarding Scarecrow:
Fear pheromones?
I cant see Batman having a problem there. Even allowing for no prep, seeing someone who basically looks like one of his own (fear gas using) villains should be enough for Bats to put on a rebreather.

He has a rapid healing factor, super agility,durability & speed but to what level I don't know.

Doesnt mean he wont get hog tied; pheromones are a non factor. Eorld's greatest detective+his own fear based villain to draw a conclusion from=rebreather.

You are basing pre-knowledge on somebody he has never faced before because he face similar people? So Batman throws a batarang notices he looks like a villain similar to his puts on a mask and hog ties Scarecrow in a 30 foot distance SC has a pitchfork that he could throw at Batman to distract him and close. He is not going to deduce things in time for Scarecrow to cover 30 feet.

Thats a mighty low opinion of Batman's deductive skills.
That rebreather is going to be used almost immediately.
My comment about getting hog tied was referring to you saying he has HF, speed, agility etc.
