The new episode is out, I hate the animation style, but I'm really enjoying the fight scenes, and none of the characters are being mis-represented.

Holy shit, that scene with Guts vs the Kushans was ****ing awesome.

They killed those other guys in a matter of seconds, and Guts slaughters them instantly.

Well, they followed the Manga page-for-page in Episode 5.

According to wikipedia, its only supposed to have 24 episodes.

Guts hasn't even killed Mozgus, so you can expect a second season, hopefully.

Every time Guts shows up, the show becomes hyped asf.

Dude is like a super hero.

I just wish they would get Casca and go on their merry way already.

Haven't watched this new one, But all i keep seeing is people bitching about how bad the artist style is.

Yeah, and its getting annoying.

I could care less about the animation. Unless I can't see or understand whats happening.

I watch an Anime like Berserk for the story, characters, and fight scenes, which are pretty awesome, though I wish the camera didn't fly all over the place, its like its in permanent shakycam.

Honestly though, if the animation bothers people so much, they should just stop watching it, or just stop bitching about it and get over it.

It's not only that. It's chaotic in its presentation. The action is is presented in disorienting angles and with odd sliding making it very difficult to follow what's going on. Then there's unnatural movements, bright colors, and the amalgamation of two styles of shading. It feels very amateurish.

Its starting to get pretty good and epic tbh.

The fight scenes have been on point, lately at least.

Unnatural movements in the sense that the characters move in a way that doesn't look right.

I've been feeling an increase in quality regarding the series.

The most recent episode was cool, Guts slaughtering the Disciples was awesome.

The fight scenes have gotten a lot better, and you gotta admit that.

The introduction to Griffith was pretty awesome, but he looked kind of like a lizard.
