Dante, Vergil, Kratos, Raiden, Armstrong, Cloud, Sephiroth, Cecil Harvey, Golbez, Terra Branford, Kefka, Zidane, Kuja, Angron, Leman Russ, Sanguinius, Magnus the Red, Ferrus Manus, Vulkan, Doombreed, An'ggrath the Unbound, Yusuke Urameshi, Kurama, Hiei, Sensui, the Three Kings, Gon, Killua, Kurapika, Goku, Vegeta, Cell, Majin Buu, Beerus, Sol Badguy, Slayer, That Man, Asura, Yasha, Satsuki, Ryuko, etc just to name a few that could casually wipe him off the face of the universe

Alex Mercer's not really that big a deal in the grand scheme of fiction

Pretty much anyone/anything that can or has the ability to incinerate an entire person can mop the floor with Alex. Even a few well placed headshots from Master Chief with a promethean light rifle can do him in.

Yeah. Correct. MC with any special weapons like Spartan Lazer or Forerunner weapons could kill him

Alex managed to regenerate from the biomass residual left after he was nuked—granted, a direct impact would've killed him; but it's still impressive. You'd have to make sure that there isn't much left of him if you intend for him to not come back.

Kratos, Dante, Jack Raiden, Ryu Hayabusa, Delsin Rowe, Cole MacGrath, Master Chief(with any Halo Special weapons), Superman, Scorpion, Deathstroke, Green Lantern, Doomsday, Estacado, Hulk, The Thing, Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, Madara, Neiji, Rock Lee, Gaara, Orochimaru, Itachi, Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Martian Manhunter, DeadPool, Wolverine, Thor, Strider Hiryu, Lord Raiden, Shao Kahn, Akuma, Mike Bison, Nova(Marvel), Ghost Rider, Spawn etc.

Well, it's just like Who could beat Master Chief, too many to count
