Dante from Devil May Cry 3.

Both characters have every weapons and power ups from the game, but Dante is not allowed to use Quicksilver or Doppelganger.

They fights on the same place Dante fough Argosax in DMC2.

Damn it's been a long time since I played any of the Onimusha's, wish Crapcom would revive this series instead of making 30352 versions of each of their games
