Assuming that Revan gets the option to heal potential injuries after each battle, he may reach level 12 with good tactics.
Level 12 would be extremely difficult though.
Darth Maul and Count Dooku can collectively maintain enough pressure on Revan for one of the Strike Team Members to take advantage and score a stab; unless Revan finds a deep pit nearby to toss his rivals into.

Levels (13 - 15) are simply too much.
You don't put names like Darth Plagueis in a Strike Team and expect Revan to achieve wonders.
