Street Fighter V is around the corner. Who do you think are the most powerful SF Characters story wise? No tie. Each character to a spot and Oni= Akuma meaning there will there will not be a repeated ranking for Akuma.

Without Oni, Akuma will drop to No 2 spot with Oro no1, without Dark Hado, Ryu will fall to no 11 and ken will drop to No 12. Vega will be push out of top 15.
