The article includes a video by a concerned 16-year old German girl that talks about her experiences with the migrants. The video supposedky went viral.

From the article:

" She wonders how a person can be a guest in a country and behave in such a violent way and wonders why Germany is not doing anything about it. She wonders why “immigrants” chanting on the streets of German cities their intention to kill Germans are not deported."

"She notes how the media covers demonstrations in Germany against immigration but are silent about the havoc “migrants” are wreaking across the country."

" She shares many stories of her experiences and those of people she knows, including an experience of a Muslim who verbally degraded her because she was wearing a tee-shirt. She says: “People, we are in Germany. Yes, I wear a tee-shirt. I will not wear a headscarf. I will not mummify myself" "

So what do you think? Over-reaching or on point?

I simply don't understand or comprehend why these alleged acts by migrants are happening with no consequences towards them?
Articles are pointing out the government & law enforcements are too scared to act BUT not giving an explanation why?

I don't endorse them but why aren't we even hearing about White Supremacists attacking the migrants in retaliation?

I'm just playing Devil's Advocate here but maybe it's more hype than truth?

It's been already mentioned that there's been 700-1000 "reported" rapes.
That's an average of 26-36 "reported" rapes a day since Cologne made news.
That's high figures for supposedly nothing being done about them.

Seventy four percent of these migrants are single men.

I think 'more hype' seems right.

One, what makes people think no consequences are happening? Do we think the police are just sitting around?

Two, are people trying to hold all migrants accountable for the actions of a few? Because there's a lot of them, most, y'know, not causing trouble.

Three, is there anything wrong with giving them the exact same consequences anyone else would get for the actions? I.e. standard legal punishments, same as a citizen? A lot of these stories seem focused on trying to give extra punishment on top of that.

They're not citizens so by default they cannot have the same rights or punishments as citizens do. 😬

That's just not true. The rights and punishments (with certain caveats, like voting for example) of the German state apply to the people within its borders regardless of citizenship status.

So anybody can travel to another country, commit a crime & expect to walk away?

Which does not undermine my point. They don't have the same rights and punishments. For instance, you can deport an immigrant but you cannot deport a German out of Germany. And deportation would be then a punishment solely for immigrants who commit a crime.
