Does the World Razer use the Force?

Probably a silly question, but eh *shrugs*

After all, got the impression the power set of the Bedlam Spirits wasn't of the Force, maybe some other eldritch creature's power set is outside it too :hmm

As Palpatine says in the canon Darth Vader series; everything is of the Force.
