Sith Troopers are good, enough to stand up to Jedi Masters, but, like, generic Jedi masters. You need more than two to take on someone as exceptional as Dooku.

I think the most of the cyborg Troopers he fought at a time was three, and he didn't finish them in one panel (or even all by himself, one of 'em his mom shot while it was focused on him to speed things up). They're serious enough threats to not be brushed aside by people of his level, but taking on multiple is still clearly something Cade, or Dooku, can do just fine.
