Bane vs Penguin

Month of prep for both sides. Who wins?

Hmmm, this is a good one.

Bane ain't stupid. But Penguin... he's like DC's Kingpin, only underrated.

With prep, Bane broke the Batman, then in turn, was defeated.

With prep, Penguin got Batman to remove his successor, and actually coexists with Batman....

Penguin when done right is way more fun than grouchy old snore fest that is Bane.
