This has been done already, Snake is no where near a comic book peak human let alone a low level comic book superhuman like Cap. This would be like Cap fighting a generic goon like a HYDRA Agent.
That being said, is Captain America still depowered? Last time I checked he aged to being over 90 years old and Falcon was the current Captain America.
