Darth Tenebrous runs a gauntlet

He is in his prime and gets full rest at the end of every round
Making this because I'm interested to see how powerful people think he really is

10) Darth Malgus as seen in Sacking of Coruscant trailer
11) Windu ROTS
12) Darth Plagueis prime
13) Yoda AOTC

Lightsabers only - stops at 5.
Force only - stops at 8 or 9 or 10 or 11.
All out - anywhere on the range of 5-11.

Lightsabers Only - It's hard to say because of how little information we have on him, but there's no way he's losing prior to 7. (EDIT: Actually, an argument could be made for 2 as well) By the same token, he's not making it past 8 either.

Force Only - Again, hard to say, but once again the minimum is definitely 7. I could see him making it up to 12, though.

All Out - Probably 8. At best, 12.

He should honestly be above 3-6

6 may be a little debatable, but 3-5 are pretty much agreed upon near universally.

He's simply a greater martial combatant than anyone else in the rounds before Dooku, and has some immense force feats as well.

But Tpm obi wan defeated in him and so I just stuck maul below aotc kenobi under the natual assumption that he could defeat maul.
If it was CW maul in the gauntlet then yeah

But it doesn't really matter as tenebrous will pass them all anyway

TPM Kenobi caught Maul off guard after Maul demonstrated his physical, skill, and telekinetic superiority.

Should stop at Maul purely on the basis of sabers, mainly due to a lack of inference about his skill.

If you factor the force, definitely done at Dooku
