Eh, Spidey's agile, but so is Daredevil and he's had issues with human level foes before. Add in Cage's durability, him and Jess might be able to overwhelm Pete while he's defending pot shots from DD.

Over all though, I agree Spidey wins.

Spider-Man was taking hits from a giant Sandman he held cable car that weight around a ton for over a minute he even stopped him when GG which was pretty impressive he tanked a Goblin bomb to the face. If you want hardcore he bears Daredevil and Jessica to death Luke the beats Luke to death.
