Who wins?

New 52 Deathstroke at his peak would curbstomp the hell out of Chief. The dude was punched across Paradise Island by Wonder Woman and shrugged it off, went toe to toe with a guy who can toss Submarines. Manhandled Hawkman etc

Normall I'd put Master Chief in the low superhuman range when it comes to comic book stats, but established characters like Batman, Deathstroke and Cap have so much exposure and so many feats that would put them above someone who doesn't have as much exposure. If you use their higher end feats then Chief wouldn't stand a chance against them. If you use their middle of the road more consistent showings then it's a more even playing field.
