Round 1: neither have any prep time whatsoever and initiate in combat immediately

Round 2: both have a full days worth of planning and prepping before the fight (they cannot use artifacts/outside sources for preparation; only meditation and preparation of intricate powers or whatnot)

Starting distance for both rounds is 35 meters

IDK, Sidious usually just fights the enemy or manipulates them. King of prep might use the time better tbh.
