Post Retcon Molecule Man (at his best) was TRANS MULTIVERSAL. Not multiversal, but TRANS MULTIVERSAL.
He crushed Post Retcon Beyonder.
Even Post Retcon, Spiderman with his power remade all creation in the BILLIONTH of a second he had Beyonder's power. Even Post Retcon, Thanos feared his power unleashed and that's why he didn't destroy his Maker form (Thanos said he'd destroy all creation by reversing the Crunch or whatever it's called).
Even Post Retcon, many of Beyonder's Secret War I and II feats still stand and are backed up by the Handbooks, the most important being : the Passion of Death (in which Beyonder judged against Death and erased Death from the Multiverse and no one, not even the LT, could stop him or undo what he did). This was actually confirmed outside Handbooks in an issue of Quasar (where Quasar and Contemplator saw echoes of this Passion in the Dimension of Manifestations).
MM at his best, even Post Retcon, stomps.

A weaker Anti Monitor stalemated Monitor amped on the power of entire multiverse. Puma given the power of entire multiverse had the power to kill even pre retcon beyonder.
Ergo Anti Monitor kills Reece easily.
Trans-multiversal is a very broad/ambiguous term.
At his best, AM possessed the equivalent power of two multiverses. He was so powerful that even Spectre needed to absorb the combined energies of the most powerful mages in the multiverse(one of whom was a 5D djinn) just to stalemate AM. This amped version of Spectre became so powerful, in fact, that he could see concepts/events undreamt of by the Presence itself.
Puma given the power of entire multiverse had the power to kill pre retcon beyonder.
Beyonder wanted to return to his natural state of being (Beyond Realm)
in order to for-fill what he thought was his destiny as a "teacher" in that side story of SW II.
Beyonder attempted the same thing (having his form destroyed) with Rachel in another side story involving X-Men.
Bottomline, it was Beyonder talking, but Beyonder let us know (way after the Puma case) the deal:
"No one can possibly destroy me without my consent"

Post Retcon Owen (at his best) for the destruction.

Beyonder never spoke in certainties though, ambiguously at best,
and the context of the statements suggests it wasn't a fact.
But regardless,

I was going to mention this (and the Rachel incident in which he powered her in the first place) but figured what's the point since people are going to low ball anyway.Post Retcon Owen (at his best) for the destruction.
😂
These logics only apply to marvel characters, eh?
