Do they have to be from three different shows? Otherwise, you could probably just say 3 versions of Q from Star Trek.
Edit: Also, shows like Supernatural have characters like God (capital G), who created the entire Supernatural Universe, Heaven, Hell and Purgatory. And we've seen beings below him, like the Archangel Gabriel, casually warp reality on a whim.

Yeah, Q was my first thought too, but since he's basically god, I'll try some other combo.
Clark - Smallville; by the end of the series he was way faster than anything shown by new movie Supes (or current Flash)
Superman - Dean Cain (Lois & Clark) not the best show, but he racked up some feats over the 4 seasons (5?)
Hiro - Heroes; I just really like the guy
