Ulic wins, he's physically superior by a good margin, has augmentation on par with Dooku's and has the form advantage. Admittedly a lot can be said for Dooku's pure swordsmanship but it's not going to save him.

Probably depends a good deal on how legit the comparison between Qel-Droma and RotJ Luke is considered :hmm

It is supposed to be Ulic and DE Luke, the guy who wrote both of them says they are the same archetypal prodigal knights, Ulic is even apparently an anagram of Luke. They have the same basic storylines.

I don't think it can be argued that Ulic is as skilled as Luke though.

It will be close. However I will go Dooku for a 7/10. Ulic gives him he'll though.

Hmmmm. Dooku is moderately more skilled while Ulic is physically superior and has a form advantage. It could go either way.
