Maybe it was, having an R rated movie clean up at the box office like this may set off a chain of events that could bring in a lot of garbage movies because there's one thing Hollyweird loves to do is clone things infinitely just to make a few bucks.

Imagine a bad Lobo movie starring Robert Pattinson as a Twilight style pretty boy Lobo, or a SJW version of Spawn who is a Asian Transgender.

Worse case scenario, Fly is right and we all suffer.

When they throw around phrases like "a new take on Spawn" I roll my eyes so hard I get a headache.

I'm scared but glad. The last spawn movie sucked so hard.

I won't get my expectations to high, but I hope they can make it good.
