When was he not a "jobber"?

And he is a powerhouse. Problem is he's one of the few characters in comics with a realistic look on strength vs durability. Ie, strength doesn't mean you can take what you put out. Martian Manhunter is the comic version of Bob Sapp.

He trolled Aquaman. He also beat the shit out of Ultra man, though it was said the guy was weakened. He's also beat the shit out of multiple white martians all at the same time. His mental feat with Maggedon didn't seem too jobber-like.
