All lives matters is missing the point tbh. It's an attempt to delegitimize the BLM matters. Studies show that Black people, and primarily Black men, are killed by a rate of about 3 to 1 compared to whites by police officers annually. It's an example of semantics aimed at the stupid really and it plays to prejudice.

Studies also show that more violent crimes are committed by blacks. so if more blacks being killed by cops is proof of racism by cops. what does more black people committing violent crimes and murder prove about black people?

Yes More Black on Black crime takes place than White on White. According to the FBI, African Americans accounted for 52.4% of all homicide offenders in 2018, with Whites 43.1% and "Other"/Unknown 4.4%. Of these, 15.4% were Hispanic or Latino. The per-capita offending rate for African Americans was roughly six times higher than Whites, and the victim rate is a similar figure. Most homicides were intraracial, with 81% of White victims killed by Whites and 89% of African American victims killed by African Americans. White on White crime 80% of white homicide
Black on Black 89% of Black homicide

However, Blacks are twice as likely to be in Poverty

It's like deciding to fight a specif type of cancer and then focusing on something that only causes around 10% of those cancer causes and ignoring the big giant cancer causing elephant in the room that is responsible for most cases.

So, 2x as likely to be in poverty, but their offending rate is 6x. therefore, accounting for poverty. their rate would still be 3x higher.
