I think Thor is tailored made to beat Surfer.

i know what youre trying to do carver. you want everybody to come in and say silver surfer or thor is tailored to take out superman, starting another war amongst the thor corps and the kryptonian council.

Vulcan is tailor-made to defeat Surfer, as well. An omega-level energy manipulator and drainer vs. the herald notoriously vulnerable to energy draining.

Martian Manhunter is tailor made to beat Hulk.

Manhunter is also tailor made to beat Juggy.

Honestly, DC dropped the ball on MM that dude was tailor made to f everything up

Cops were made to beat thanos, stairs for darksied, and chairs for apoc.
