since when has max damage only been a meta? I thought that he was a low to mid level Herald if he stayed awake long enough.

They're just meant to be militant mutant strike teams, right? Scratching the mutant part, I chose soldiers, fighters, willing to get their hands dirty.

Yeah, I'm mostly being a dick lol.

If the team has plot-specific needs, my answer changes. If we're just picking a team with a high meta cap, then I'm choosing 5 high metas. The power advantage outweighs any clever shenanigans my favorite low metas could do.
