Colossus can't beat someone who can heal from any damage done to them. Did you not watch Genisys?

What if Colossus stands still like a statue and the T-3000 leaves after not detecting any life-forms, does that count as a win?

Terminator won't win. It'll be a draw as T-3 can't hurt Colossus, and T-3 can heal any damage.
