He stopped the planet. That doesn't translate to him moving a planet.
Hyperion stopped it. This means he exerted a force roughly equal to that of a planet traveling at half-a-million mph from a standstill(ie. he didn't gain any forward velocity beforehand.) So yeah, there is no reason at all to assume he couldn't move a planet. That feat alone indicates he can do so rather easily, imo.

Even in the comic, he wasn't able to do that to the rogue planet solo to place it in the proper orbit. He needed the help of Avengers to do that.
That's what I mean about moving the planet.
