Edit: of course, it depends on how powerful Spectre was at the time, I guess. Was only a portion of the Spectre present, when he confronted Nekron, for example - IOW, it throws a lot of his lower showings into doubt, as we can never be certain he was at full power.

Problem is, Spectre is a slacker (DC's God even mentions this). But if Spectre decided to cut loose, nothing short of DC's God or WF Mxy would stop him.
